Construction is well underway at 69 Melbourne Street. The tower crane has been installed and the basement is coming along quickly! Stay tuned for further updates.

The slab has been poured at 215 Sturt Road and these townhouses are almost SOLD OUT!

The Barker Terraces and Alpha townhouses at 82 Johns Road are now complete! With the Kintore townhouses not far behind.

Hyde Park Place has officially topped out at level six and internal linings and fitouts are well under way throughout the building!

Botten + Bowser has been a project Citify has managed since its inception. Now, Citify Construction is also building it. By managing the entire process from development and design to construction and completion, we are fully in control of delivering the best we can as quickly as possible.

The last eight three-storey torrens-titled townhouses, our Kintore Release, has now commenced construction having sold them all off the plan.

Late last week all sixteen purchasers of Belford on the Park settled and began moving into their brand new apartments. Citify are thrilled to have delivered this apartment building and wish all the new purchasers a big congratulations.

Demolition has finished at Hyde Park, marking an exciting stage for the project. Construction of the basement will be commencing next week! Keep tuned in to our Instagram and Facebook to get all our updates.

The Willcox is progressing nicely despite the winter weather Adelaide has been experiencing. All underground structural works are finished with the completion of strip footings, pad footings and column reo installed, plus the removal of the remaining soil. The ground floor pre-cast concrete panels have now been installed. Work on Level 1 has begun, with form work and scaffolding currently being constructed in preparation for the Level 1 transfer slab.

The basement columns have now been formed and poured and work turned to the ground floor. It underwent forming, reinforcing and a transfer slab has now been poured, substantially covering the extensive site-wide basement. Construction of the main driveway ramp is now underway. Shortly precast concrete wall panels will start to be installed. Made off site and craned into place, precast panels have excellent structural capacity with high thermal, acoustic and fire insulating properties and enable construction to proceed at speed.

Progress continues at the Willcox after demolition and clearance of the site. Piles have been drilled, cemented and excavation of the basement is now complete. The elevator pit has been poured and preparations are being made to pour the basement slab.

82 Johns Road, Prospect has been released for pre-sales for several weeks and sales are happening quickly. Currently sold are 11 townhouses and 3 apartments.

The roof is completed at Belford on the Park. Wall linings, painting and cabinetry can now begin.

Plans for 82 Johns Road, Prospect have been submitted to council and while we await approval pre-sales are available. Buyers have the options of 1 or 2 bed apartments, and 2 or 3 bedroom townhouses.

The final level is added to Belford on the Park in Prospect. Level five provides amazing views of the Adelaide City.

After months of hard work putting together construction drawings and engineering documentation, we have now commenced construction of The Willcox, to be built by Bert Farina Constructions. Once demolition has occurred, our piling contractors will commence drilling and filling around the perimeter of the site for construction of the basement walls.

All 33 apartments at The Willcox are now sold and the penthouse apartments have set a new apartment price record for the Prospect area. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year.

Planning approval has been granted by council for the construction of The Willcox, on Prospect Road. The development will include 33 residential apartments and two commercial spaces. Construction is scheduled to start later this year.
